To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product with proof of purchase within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged.

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it for voluntary or involuntary damages and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the product is voluntarily damaged (e.g., user error) or if the return is initiated after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If the product is involuntarily damaged (e.g., manufacturer error, defective item, melted due to excessive heat and sun exposure), you will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
